Self-portrait in time and motion.
In tempo is a video/sound object in the direction of painting and photography. It addresses time and the expression or definition of self through time, the layered, constantly moving video seeming to seek a still, timeless point. The audio line deals with the same idea, the swarming, buzzing crowd noise punctuated by the insistent striking of--perhaps--a clock, or a hammer striking an anvil. |
